Enock Wanzara is a determined 10-year-old boy from Soronko District in Eastern Uganda. As the firstborn in a poverty-stricken family, Enock’s future once seemed uncertain. His parents struggled to support him, and at school, he often ranked last, with his parents fearing he might never reach his full potential.

But everything changed when Enock joined Yamba Hearts for Uganda. With dedicated care, including accommodation, meals, and educational support, Enock has transformed remarkably. His grades have soared from the bottom of the class to earning top marks, and his behavior has blossomed. Enock now shines not only academically but also in sports, excelling in football and chess.

His passion for information technology is clear he loves spending time learning computer skills, which will open doors to new opportunities.
